A new study shows Mississippi State continues to generate a high return on investment for stakeholders with an estimated $3.9 billion annual economic impact.

Mississippi State’s Institute for the Humanities will spotlight innovative faculty research during its annual Fellows Presentation Showcase April 23.

“More women now earn college degrees than men," said Rachel Allison. "While women still face barriers and challenges in the workforce, including their lower pay [compared] to men, women’s greater education may allow them to hold jobs that make homeownership more possible. There is also decreasing societal stigma to women’s singleness.”
