Mississippi State Assistant Professor Mary E. Dozier is helping Mississippians reduce clutter, decrease anxiety and enhance their quality of life through subtle and positive intervention methods.

Mississippi State’s Joseph M. Thompson, an assistant professor in the Department of History, has been named a finalist for the 45th annual Los Angeles Times book prize in the history category.

The Institute for the Humanities, part of Mississippi State University’s College of Arts and Sciences, continues its annual lecture series this month with “Building Community: The Humanities as Social Glue.”
