Nic Ezzell
Nic Ezzell was a senior double major in physics and mathematics from Laurel, Mississippi. Nic chose to attend MSU because his various earned scholarships meant he “could graduate undergrad debt free and have a pretty good shot at seizing any post-grad opportunities…if I was willing to work hard.” During his time at MSU Nic was a part of the Society of Physics Students, Math Club, and College of Arts and Sciences Ambassadors. Nic’s favorite experience at MSU was studying in Oxford in 2017, where he “got a chance to take advanced physics courses, meet with forerunners of theoretical physics, and experience the trappings of British culture.” Nic’s advice to prospective students is that you can find a group of motivated peers at MSU if you “need only open yourself up.”
